I’ve decided that this next month will be focusing on one important aspect of mental health: motivation! If you are anything like me, finding motivation is a huge challenge–especially in the aftermath of the pandemic and a year of seemingly constant civil unrest. I’ve had days lately where it took all of me just to get out of bed.
During the month of May, I’ll be posting about tips and tricks to hopefully increase your motivation. Who couldn’t use a little more umph to go about their days? We’ll talk about things like task prioritization, time batching, organization, and de-cluttering. It’s the COVID-19 home stretch. Let’s get through this together.
